Manage the maintenance division of elevator and escalator department handling preventive maintenance for annual contracts, emergency maintenance and modernization of equipment.
Candidate should have at least 15 years of relevant experience in handling elevator and escalator for one of the known brand.
Able to build a team and lead sales, marketing, maintenance and managing contracts.
Responsible to arrange maintenance quarterly plans.
Review maintenance contracts & fulfill the directions received from the senior management.
Streamlined manpower schedules & follow-ups day to day routine works with their team.
Arrange quality assurance program productive & preventive maintenance linked with supervisors or team leaders.
Responsible to generate revenue & monitor spare parts sales as well as generate reports of customer satisfaction.
Support the Regional Manager in all aspects to meet regional targets of his area of responsibility.
Promote, motivate, coordinate and direct activities of the service leaders in his group, in order to deliver the management objectives (client satisfaction, top and bottom line)
Control the application of the safety methods, develop and guide to crew staffs (quality, productivity, efficiency, customer orientation, etc.)
Minimum 10 years’ field experience related to maintenance works in an elevator industry.
At least 4 - 5 years managerial working experiences.
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics.
Capability draw & handle road map of maintenance schedules.
Knowledge & field experience erection of mechanical & electrical works.
Knowledge of Quality assurance & controls.
Knowledge of computer skills.
