Job Description

We are looking for 5-10 people for a call centre - Customer Care manager job profile. People with medical background like a BSc degree or prior experience in healthcare sector like a hospital OPD desk, appointment desk will be preferred. Voice calling experience is mandatory and good English and Hindi speaking skills is a must. Plus the person should have basic excel, word and computer knowledge.

Job Profile: Looking for Customer Care Executive/Manager ( Hospital/Health Care Background Preferable) for Health Care Services Company

Primary Responsibility:
- End to End Responsibility for Lead servicing, Lead management, Lead conversion
- Receiving calls (Inbound) from patients and guiding them as per their requirement
- Scheduling appointments by coordinating between hospitals and patient
- Closely monitoring leads and conversions
- To give insights and ideas for Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Strategizing for increasing leads and their conversions for the hospitals
- Guiding patients for admissions in the hospital
- Preparation of daily MIS and monthly payouts to be invoiced across hospitals

Salary 2 Lac To 3 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
