Job Description for Accounts Coordinator

- Preparation of Commission note, Credit note, Labour bill, Sales Invoice,
-Payment, receipt, TDS entries in tally.
-Bank Reconciliation
- Preparation of Stock sheet in excel format for bank
-As perpurchase bill entries booked manufacturing JV for each material.
-Payment through bank NEFT/RTGS, Issue Cheques, Remittance
- Preparation of Commercial Invoices, Packing List, Export related documents and book Shipment for export through courier mode or Freight Forwarder.
- Monthly payment of TDS,GST
- Return filing of TDS, PT
- Preparation of Computation of GSTR 3 B, GSTR -1, Make Payment of GST
- Checking Monthly expenses of Bangalore and booked expenses
- Help in Audit related work
- Company formation, Partnership registration
- Checking & correcting all tally entries
- As per instruction preparing documents for solve customs query

Qualification: B.com Graduate
Other Certification: Tally ERP, MS Word and Excel
Experience: 2-4 years in Accounting
Salary: 14000/- to 16000/- Per Month
Age: 20-27 years
Gender: Male / Female Both
Please Note Candidate must know Tally

Salary 1 Lac 50 Thousand To 2 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
