Job Description

A.Conference Coordinator – Female With 1-2 Years Of Experience
Salary: Between 15-18K (Depending On The Candidate’S Skill-Sets And Interview Response)
Job Description:
-Make Sure All The Details Needed By Clients Are In Writing In A Contract Before The Conference;
-Negotiate With Vendors, Facilities And Other Service Providers;
-Take Care Of Last-Minute Requests And Ensure That Vendors Are Where They’Re Supposed To Be;
-Make Sure That The Hotel Is Ready For The Guests To Arrive And Signage Is Adequate;
-Organize Registration Of Event Participants;
-Follow-Up With The Clients To Find Out If The Event Was Considered Successful;
-Maintain Records Of Event Aspects, Including Financial Details;
-Direct Administrative Details - Dissemination Of Promotional Materials, And Responses To Inquiries;
-Conduct Post-Event Evaluations To Determine How Future Events Could Be Improved.

Salary 1 Lac 25 Thousand To 3 Lac P.A.
